Flawless are a street dance company who formed in 2004, with 11 members aged 20-30 they are currently one of the biggest dance troupes in the UK and were formed by Marlon ‘Swoosh’ Wallen who is the Artistic Director, lead choreographer and one of the performers. His business partner Amelia Benoit runs Flawless Entertainment. They entered Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 and made it all the way to the final finishing in second place.

Their  motto is ‘chase the dream, not the competition’. The group themselves come from North London that has deprived areas and underachievement among young people and they want to show that through dance the possibility to stay focused and follow dreams. In 2005 they won the UK street dance championship and in 2006 won the World Championships – their proudest moment to date. After taking on over 50 nations from around the world in Bremen (Germany) not only were they awarded first place, they were also the first and only group ever to get full marks from all the world judges in street dance history.

Flawless collaborated with the English National Ballet in 2012 fusing street dance, acrobatics and ballet. They performed together in a new show that showcased their skills and celebrated different genres of dance. The internationally acclaimed ballet Company and the stars of the UK number one box office movie StreetDance 3D first joined forces in September 2011 when they performed at the Peace One Day concert at the O2 in London, having met at a Buckingham Palace event, Young people and the performing Arts in May 2011, at which both parties performed. On 4 June 2012, Flawless collaborated with Kylie Minogue at the Diamond Jubilee Concert for Elizabeth II. They have also appeared on the CBBC children’s talent show The Slammer.
