Dance with you heart and let it go! Learning authentic dancehall steps & isolation work as a warm up, the steps are then linked together creating a choreography.
We literally do not stop throughout the whole class so you also get a serious good workout. Dancehall is very grounding & you use the legs & core the whole class. You will dance like you’ve never danced before & the class will enable you to really let go in the love of dance without being self conscious.
Sara is a trained Dancer, PT & Yoga Instructor in Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala, Yin & Buti yoga. She comes from a dance background from a very young age and was a part of the NYMT; she then went into the dance fitness industry & teaches Mash it Up – Dancehall Dance Fitness Class which she helped create the structure with the creator Alicja B & it is a huge passion of hers after learning Dancehall for the past 4 years whilst always continuing to learn. Sara also teaches a new concept called Buti Yoga (The Cure to something hidden or kept secret) which is a mixture of Power Yoga, Plyometrics & Tribal dance!
She firmly believes in bridging the gap within the fitness & yoga worlds; allowing people to let go in both dance & in yoga! Strengthen your body and mind, bring in some inner peace, let go & get lost in the music!
