  Class description                                                                                                                                       

Yoga is a class centred around building strength and flexibility whilst connecting the mind, body and soul, focusing on our breath and well-being throughout the class. This class is open to all levels who would like to explore  yoga through movement and yoga flow, free of expectations and doubts. You do not have to be flexible to join this yoga class, simply willing to give yourself and your body a chance to try.

 

Biography                                                                                                                                                                                 

Sophia is a professional dancer an qualified dance teacher who has also practised yoga for 8 years before becoming a yoga teacher. She qualified with Yoga London’s 200-hour yoga teacher training. Sophia has attended various yoga retreats, classes and workshops over many years, extending her knowledge and experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She teaches at Mill Hill and Grimsdell private schools, the Grosvenor Estate Summer in the Square events, private clients and groups for Danceworks, as well as community classes for the elderly.
