Step Conditioning 
Get an aerobic workout with plenty of muscular toning with a wide range of conditioning exercises for a whole body workout. Step is great for toning the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength followed by a whole body workout.

Trampoline Fit

The most exciting cardio class of the moment, no gravity, no limits (but don’t be sacred – there’s no jumping in the air).  Low impact, high intensity – the trampoline takes the strain. Exciting moves, lively music, a total feel good & happy class: feel the endorphins kick in!

Zumba

Famous worldwide for its booty-shaking Latin American style with a twist of pop. Amazing music, atmosphere & moves: a calorie burning party!

Boot Camp
To get lean, toned and fit. Intense interval cardio using the step, followed by muscle work with bars, then hard-core abs before stretch & cool down. High impact, low impact; pushing your limits; all-round all-body workout.

Biography 

Hugo’s classes are designed to bring a host of benefits – from weight loss and improved posture, through injury prevention or recovery, preparing for a wedding or childbirth, to developing a better understanding of fitness, nutrition and even breathing!
Today we all have different lifestyles that mean we all need different fitness regimes and programmes. So Hugo’s classes are tailored for all levels and abilities, with individual attention that means both beginners and experts get the maximum benefit. What they have in common is energy, enthusiasm, and Hugo’s own unique music mixes. 

“My mission is to help you to achieve your goals. I know that many people struggle to exercise regularly – so a big part of my job is to make classes fun, so that you want to work out. What you gain from exercise is literally a new lease of life, your health will improve and you’ll inspire those around you to enjoy exercise. I work with and for real people. My clients are happy with their results and really enjoy coming back to class week after week.” 

Hugo has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, teaching in health centres and gyms in Portugal, Spain, Italy and the UK (Virgin Riverside, Soho Gyms, Fitness First, Third Space and Roko). He has worked on international cruise ships, been a guest teacher at fitness conventions, and for Symetrix fitness courses and was nominated Best Newcomer by Reebok Portugal.
Apart from teaching, Hugo is also a performer, appearing on stage in six musicals and other productions, has a guest choreographer for several plays and other projects. He has worked on television and been in several music videos and commercials. He even found some extra time to work as a model.

For the past 8 years he has been developing his personal training programme whilst also attending workshops and undertaking extensive research for new exercises to adapt his classes to the latest fitness innovations. The 4 key elements in his approach to fitness are posture, exercise, strength and tone.
Hugo trained with Reebok/CEF & Symetrix Fitness (awarded Revelation Instructor & Best Step Choreography). He has attended workshops worldwide, masterclasses & fitness conventions such as World Fitness Idea, Reebok Portugal, Manz Productions, with some of the world’s best presenters including Marcus Irwin, Darren Groove, Madonna Grimmes, Alice Rodrigues, Patrick Goudeau, Rob Glick.

When I first tried one of Hugo’s fitness classes (LBT) I was a little bit unsure if I would really like it. But after the class I was definitely sure that Legs, Bums and Tums must be on my ToDo’s list for Mondays. Hugo is one of the most highly motivated fitness instructors I have ever met. I come from Austria and did a lot fitness classes at home, but I have never been so inspired by doing a fitness class ever. Because of the carefully selected music and exercises you will completely forget how hard you are working during the classes. Also the members who are attending Hugo’s classes are very friendly and create a good atmosphere. Warning! Hugo’s classes are addictive. He’s so encouraging, the music mixes are great and he makes you smile so much it (almost) makes you forget how hard you’re working. Been going to Hugo’s classes for almost 5 years. Lunchtime : 10 classes £80, valid for 3 months (you save £20)

Boot Camp Zumba & Trampoline: 10 classes £100, valid for 3 months (you save £20)

Couples/Mates: 10 classes £110, valid for 3 months (you save £10)

VIP1: 50 classes for £500, valid for 12 months (you save £50 classes)

VIP1 couples/mates & corporate: 50 classes £550, valid for 12 months (you save £50)

VIP2: 50 classes £450, valid for 6 months (you save £150)

VIP2 couples/mates & corporate: 50 classes £500, valid for 6 months (you save £100)

Please note: You are responsible for your card, – no replacements if lost!

Cards can only be used by the person or persons name on the card.
Guests or friends must pay separately. Expired cards are not accepted.

Lunchtime classes will remain £8 if you have a fitness card, but if you are paying as you go the classes now will be £10 each.
Evening & Saturday class will remain £10 if you have a fitness card, but if you are paying as you go the classes now will be £12 each.

Hugo is also available for some Personal training 1 to 1 session.
Cost is £60 + studio hire fee.
