Class Description  CLASSES
Ballet is a form of dancing which may tell a story, express a mood, or just reflect a piece of music. This graceful and timeless form of art created by the movement of the human body develops coordination and mental acuity, as well as helping to develop an ear for music and the joy inherent in responding physically to it. This class offers many potential benefits for both body and mind. The Ballet exercises and movements taught in ballet classes help to promote good posture, create awareness of your body, forget about your problems and feel a new energy in a quiet and relaxed environment. The majority of the class is spent with stretching and floor barre exercises.  Minimum age: 18
