Sander‘s ballet classes provide an informative, encouraging and fun learning environment with an opportunity to work on ballet technique.

 

Biography

Belgian Sander Blommaert started dancing at the age of 4.
Sander started training at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp at the age of 10 before joining the Royal Ballet Upper School in London for three years, graduating in 2010 with Honours.
Sander Joined the Royal Ballet in 2010, promoted to First Artist in 2015.
Sander has danced roles with the Royal Ballet including “Paris” from Romeo and Julliet, “Fish/Footmen” from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, “4 men” from Scenes de Ballet, “Cavalier” from The Sleeping Beauty, roles in Voluntaries, The Rite of Spring, The Nutcracker, Manon, Mayerling, La Bayadere, Sylvia, Onegin, Viscera, Infra, Woolfworks, Concerto, DGV, Giselle… 
Sander completed the Ballet in Education Course from the Royal Opera House / Royal Ballet School in 2013 and has been teaching since.
