Everyone has different reasons for trying out our classes; to achieve a full body workout, improve overall fitness, strengthening your confidence or just to practice some self-defence – it’s something for everyone to enjoy!
The classes are not too busy with a good mix of people, and whereby the focus is always on practising in a safe and comfortable environment. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the various martial art forms and techniques taught by qualified senior instructors.

Thai Kickboxing has been a regular class at Danceworks for over 7 years, and has evolved into a place that caters for all levels of fitness and ability for both men and women to enjoy. The classes are taught by two fully qualified martial arts instructors in Karate, Kickboxing and Muay Thai with over 25 years experience between them. The class sessions consists of cardio, dynamic stretching, martial art techniques and bag work to help complete an overall workout.
